We confirm the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment's concurrence with the 2023 Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) fees as detailed in the letter dated 5 February 2025 (Ref. DGE254548). The fees submitted for the 2023 calendar year were reviewed and approved, indicating compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
We also confirm the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment’s concurrence with the EPR fees for the 2024 calendar year, as communicated in the letter dated 18 February 2025 (Ref. EDMS 253837). The proposed fees were found to be acceptable and aligned with the approved EPR framework.
