When becoming a Producer member of the ERA EPR Scheme, the various fees might vary depending on how much WEEEL products are produced per year and to what degree they are hazardous. Read on to learn more:
The joining fee is determined according to how many kgs of WEEEL Products are produced and the ongoing membership fees are dependent on the waste classification of these WEEEL Products – whether General or Complex.

Please note: Hazardous (H) and High-Hazardous (HH) waste classifications, for Identified Products with focus material, were replaced by the Complex (C) waste classification at the Hazardous waste rate from July 2023 onwards.
All placed on-market data reported on for reporting periods before July 2023 will still use the Hazardous and High-Hazardous waste classifications.
All Placed on Market Reports for reporting periods after July 2023 will use the Complex waste classifications for products with focus material.
